Piercing Studio Supply (“PSS”), operated by Jiangxi Wohz Technology Co., Ltd., handles return and refund requests in a fair and practical manner for wholesale and international business orders.

1. General Policy

Because many of our orders are wholesale, OEM / ODM, or made according to customer requirements, not all products are eligible for return. Return eligibility depends on the order type, product condition, and the reason for the request.

2. Returnable Items

We may accept return requests for standard, non-custom items if:

  • The item was received damaged
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally non-returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • OEM / ODM custom products
  • Special production orders
  • Used, worn, altered, or damaged items not caused by shipping or manufacturing defect
  • Items returned without prior approval

4. Return Request Timeline

Please submit any return or claim request within 7 calendar days after delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

5. Required Evidence

To process a return or refund request, we may require:

  • Order number or invoice reference
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem
  • Quantity affected

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it may be issued as:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Replacement shipment
  • Credit toward a future order

The refund method depends on the order circumstances and the original payment arrangement.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is caused by our confirmed error, defective production, or shipment of the wrong item, we will work with you on a reasonable solution regarding return shipping or replacement. In other cases, return shipping costs are generally the buyer’s responsibility.
