Piercing Studio Supply (“PSS”), operated by Jiangxi Wohz Technology Co., Ltd., provides international shipping for wholesale, OEM / ODM, and business orders.

1. Order Processing Time

Processing time depends on the product type, order quantity, and stock availability.

  • In-stock standard items: usually processed within 7-15 business days
  • Bulk or mixed wholesale orders: usually processed within 7-15 business days
  • OEM / ODM or custom orders: lead time confirmed separately based on project requirements

2. Shipping Time

Delivery time varies depending on destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and local carrier performance. Estimated transit times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

3. Shipping Methods

We may ship by express courier, air freight, or sea freight depending on order quantity, destination, and customer preference. Shipping method will be confirmed before dispatch whenever possible.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected delivery method. Unless otherwise stated, shipping fees are not included in product prices.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, VAT, GST, and any other local charges required by the destination country, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Delivery Delays

We work to ship orders within the confirmed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to production scheduling, customs inspection, carrier delays, holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that the shipping address, contact name, and phone number are accurate before shipment. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra charges caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 7 calendar days after receipt and provide photos of the packaging and products so we can investigate and assist.
